With over 50 years of combined experience in architecture, Garschagen & Godwin Architecture LLC brings a strong sense of place and design to its concepts. David Garschagen's work includes Multi-physician and private physician offices for private owner's and Hospital Authorities. County Jail Administration, Sherrif Departments, Detention Facilities, and Work Release Structures, Design and Construction Management  of various county 911 Facilities. Brandon Godwin's work includes partial and complete design work for commercial & historic projects while at other architectural firms before forming Garschagen & Godwin.

In addition to original projects, both David Garschagen and Brandon Godwin are proud of a long history of design work both at other agencies where they worked and in collaboration with other architects. Balfour Lumber Company - Myrtlewood Cottage

One of Brandon Godwin's designs, produced while working as a project manager at Olson Arch, was based on a 1920-30s historic hunting lodge located on the property. This commercial office with residential scale is tucked away on a timber plantation .

Commercial & Corporate Architecture

Occasionally we  work with clients who own chains of corporations and national brands to achieve unique designs within the confines of brand restrictions and commercial or industrial needs.
